2. Intellectual Property

The "Neurocalibration" system, the "Cortex Codex," and all associated drills (Micro-Pull, Kinetic Snap, etc.) are the intellectual property of Mentis Sanctum. Unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited.

3. The Action-Based Guarantee

Refunds for paid products are governed by our "Clinical Guarantee." You must demonstrate execution of the protocols (via submitted logs) to qualify for a refund. We do not refund based on lack of time or change of mind.

4. Limitation of Liability

You engage with these protocols at your own risk. Mentis Sanctum is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this information.
